Samsung Omnia HD SGH-i8910
Overview
The i8910 is an all in one smart phone with touch screen technology. As with other Samsung products that have been released on 2009, the Omnia HD comes fitted with a high quality AMOLED screen able to display 16 million colors and resolution of 360x640 pixels. The HD in the camera's name refers to that it is the first 720p (1280x720 pixel) HD-capture 8-megapixel camera worldwide.
Software and Internet browser
Current prototypes are running the latest Symbian OS (v9.4 S60 5th Edition) although it is likely the final retail version may be updated further (please update if this is now out of date - this is a wiki afterall!). The phone uses Samsung's Touchwiz 3D interface. There are four individual widget screens to navigate between and additional widgets can be downloaded from ULTRATouch.
The browser is fully functional and able to load pages and flash elements, such as YouTube, without any problems.
