Overview
Samsung once again demonstrated their ability to innovate and push things along, the NC215S is the world's first solar powered netbook.
The unique selling point for this model is the top lid that works as a solar panel. It gives the netbook one additional hour of battery life for every two hours of solar charging. Other than that, it looks like a standard netbook with a 10.1” display screen (1024 x 600 pixels), a dual core Intel Atom N570 CPU and 1GB RAM.
