Overview
The Samsung NC20 was the second netbook to be released in the N-Series range of ultra portable PCs. This model was notable for it's larger than normal size, featuring a 12" screen, traditionally thought to be too big for a netbook. However the NC20 proved that being a netbook was more about being affordable and portable than fitting into any prescribed dimensions and the machines went on to be both a critical success and highly thought of by its owners.
The VIA Nano processor performed well in professional benchmarking tests and compared very well with the Intel Atom processor found in the NC10 Netbook. It was found that the NC20 was able to outperform its smaller cousin in video related tasks for example.

The Samsung NC20 received mainly positive reviews from critics and users alike.
- User Review: An almost perfect netbook.
- PC Pro: In one regard, the NC20 dares to be dangerously different. Indeed, where virtually every other netbook looks to Intel's Atom as the processor of choice, Samsung's NC20 employs VIA's much-touted and rarely seen rival, the Nano. (5/6)
