Tonight at Pepcom Mobile Focus at CTIA in San Diego, I got my hands on a few Windows Phone Mango devices, including the HTC Radar 4G on T-Mobile. The Radar ships with Windows Phone Mango, Microsoft's update to its mobile platform. The Mango update has been sent to existing Windows Phone customers already, but there haven't been any phones in the U.S. that have shipped with Mango.
