prob v simple but could someone tell me how to get sq meter symbol using my nc10 i am sure i just need to press some function button or other but random buttoms pushing hasnt worked Help please dont make me read the manual

What do you mean exactly, you want to write a superscript 2? ie x squared. This isn't a problem specific to the NC10, it will depend no the software you are using. Most packages will have a font dialogue box where you can set the "2" to be superscript.

For example in Word: First write x2. Highlight the 2, Go to format->font and check the box next to "superscript"
